Made to OrderHandcrafted items — Approximately 40 days production

These items are handcrafted by our Brazilian artisans specifically for your order.
Production time is approximately 40 days before shipping.
You will receive updates on the progress of your order.
Standard delivery times apply after the item is ready to ship.
Items marked "Made to Order" cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Pre-orderUpcoming items — Ships when released

Pre-order items are new products not yet available in our inventory.
The estimated release date is shown on the product page.
Your card will be charged at the time of purchase.
You will be notified when your pre-order ships.
Standard delivery times apply once the item is released and shipped.

BackorderTemporarily out of stock — Ships when available

Backorder items are temporarily out of stock but will be restocked soon.
The expected restock date is displayed on the product page.
Your order will ship as soon as the item is back in stock.
You can cancel a backorder at any time before it ships.
Standard delivery times apply once the item is restocked and shipped.

UK Delivery Options

Free standard delivery on all orders over £75.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Express Delivery1-2 Business Days — £7.99

Order before 1 PM Monday to Friday for next-day delivery.
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Fully tracked service from dispatch to your doorstep.

International Delivery

Europe5-7 Business Days — £12.99

Covers EU countries, Switzerland, and Norway.
Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Fully tracked international shipping.

Rest of World7-14 Business Days — £19.99

Includes USA, Canada, Australia, and other countries.
Delivery times vary by destination.

General Information

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel's journey via our courier's website.
